Fireworks Delivery

Local Deliveries & GM Zone Deliveries.

Currently for Local Deliveries and GM Zone fireworks deliveries are done by our own specialist drivers. We make sure that all your fireworks are delivered securely and on time. Prior to delivery one of our staff members will contact you to arrange a convenient time and day and again we will keep you updated on the day of delivery so that you know exactly when you will have your delivery, if your delivery is not delivered Same Day or Express Next Day then usual delivery is within 2-3 days.

We will only deliver to people aged 18 or over. if you look under 25 you may be asked for ID.

We deliver Monday to Sunday from 8am to 10pm depending on availability. Our last day for delivery for these zones is Sunday 1st November 2026 for Bonfire Night and Sunday 28th December 2025 for New Years Eve. If you need closer to Bonfire Night or New Years Eve then please contact us to see it we can do the delivery. If you have any other questions then please contact us.

Fireworks Deliveries UK Mainland Including London, Scotland & Wales.

All orders are delivered by our special courier partners. We aim to deliver your fireworks within 3 to 5 working days, but this may be slightly longer depending on the time of year. Please tell us in the Order Notes box at checkout if you have a specific delivery requirement Alternatively, you can contact us by phone at 0747 299 8584 or email sales@5starfireworks.co.uk. We will contact you in advance of your order being delivered and provide an estimated delivery time. Our Courier usually delivers between 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday.

Fireworks are age-restricted goods and can only be purchased and delivered to a person minimum age of 18 years.
Please note that we cannot deliver to Ireland, Northern Ireland or anywhere outside the United Kingdom.

You MUST ensure there is someone available to take receipt of your order. The person signing for the delivery MUST be at least 18 years of age and identification will be required if they look under the age of 25.

You may wish to use a business address or your place of work to ensure you are available to accept delivery. If your delivery falls due to no one being at the delivery address, or delivery is refused because the person signing for the goods is not 18 years or over, this will incur an extra cost of £40.00 for a rescheduled delivery.

You must check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if it is incomplete or if any item is damaged and only sign for the amount of boxes delivered.

FIREWORK RETURNS AND DAMAGES

Hopefully, you will never need to return a product, but if you do, please return to:
Radcliffe Fireworks Shop, 9 Stand Lane, Radcliffe, Manchester, M26 1NW.

If the goods are damaged, you must tell us immediately and we will then arrange for our specialist courier to collect them. Please note that goods must be in the original packaging, including the transport packaging, and a refund will be issued on inspection of the goods.

Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations Cancellation Rights

1. You have the right to cancel this order within seven working days from the date the order is placed.

2. If you wish to cancel this contract, you must indicate this in writing or another durable medium such as a letter, fax, email (provide addresses/email addresses/fax details by which to cancel) within the cancellation period.

3. You (the consumer) have a statutory duty to take reasonable care of the goods while in your possession.

4. You (the consumer) must arrange for the safe return of goods to us. However, for fireworks, this needs to be done through our specialist hazardous goods courier. The cost of which is to be borne by you, failing which we will recover the goods, the cost of which will be deducted from any refund due to you.

5. Upon the cancellation of a contract, we shall reimburse any sum paid by or on behalf of the consumer under or in relation to the contract to the person by whom it was made free of any charge (less any charge made in connection with the recovery of the goods) within 14 days of cancellation. A 20% restocking fee will be applied.

6. Where goods do not conform to the implied terms set out under the Sale of Goods Act 1979, the cost of recovering the goods will be borne by ourselves.

Order online and collect for free from our Radcliffe Shop. Upon checkout please choose Free Pick Up and you will receive an email or a call to let you know when your order is ready for collection.
