9. Product Brand Substitute

In the event of a product brand being out of stock, we will substitute the item(s) with an equivalent of equal quality at no extra cost to yourself.

10. Click & Collect Orders

If you are lucky enough to look under the age of 25 then we will need to see a valid form of ID before we sell you any fireworks to make sure you are aged 18 or over.

Passport or Driving License is a suitable form of ID.
